CRM Data Administrator

Brighter Futures is currently ensuring that its new CRM database is underway and up to speed and I am the charity's CRM data administrator. After joining the charity in October 2021, I now work on a daily basis with the Community Engagement Team and our Digital Strategy Lead to ensure that our database is up to date and GDPR compliant.

I previously worked as a member of the COVID-19 vaccine team at Fort Regent as an Administrator, and before this I spent several years at the Jersey Evening Post working in an administrative role. I enjoy solving problems and I also enjoy working with Excel and databases.

I really enjoy the work environment at Brighter Futures and working as part of the team.
