Creche team facilitator

I joined Brighter Futures in September 2021 and I’m a creche worker here.

I have worked in childcare for many years previously, since 2004, firstly at a nursery for 10 years, and then at a primary school.

I love watching and helping the children who we look after to learn, play and have fun. I also enjoy seeing them develop in confidence as they get to know you.

I wouldn’t want to do any other job! This is the first time I have worked for a charity and I find it very rewarding, as I am giving something back.
