Georgi Mottram supports Brighter Futures through song…

Brighter Futures is absolutely delighted to welcome Georgi Mottram as an Ambassador.

Georgi, a Jersey born Soprano, is a versatile artist, whose experience spans from the West End to Opera to Broadway. As a Classic Brit award nominee with a No.1 classical chart hit, she will share her voice and music to promote Brighter Futures. Georgi's involvement through our event experiences, will enable our organisation to 'break out' of a predictable fundraising routine and bring more members of our local community to engage with our cause.

By welcoming individuals of such exceptional talent, such as Georgi with her own personal audience, Brighter Futures can reach well beyond our base of supporters to connect with people who may never have encountered our organisation previously.

The singer, who is the director of the classical crossover group Ida Girls London, moved back to Jersey during the pandemic and embraced Brighter Futures after her shows were cancelled – including scheduled performances at Buckingham Palace and in Australia and Japan.

As a proud 'Jersey Girl', Georgi is thrilled to be supporting a local charity through our events which are unique experiences that live on beyond the event itself. Events provide a platform for people to learn what Brighter Futures is about, what we have achieved so far, and what we envision for the future.

Georgi, and her involvement and investment in us, will increase awareness about the often hidden but significant social issues affecting many families living here in Jersey.

The role of an Ambassador is an important one, as it helps us reach new people and inspire new fundraising initiatives as we all work together to create brighter futures for families in Jersey.
