Brighter Futures is absolutely delighted to welcome Becky Hill as an Ambassador and Board Advisor.

Becky is the founder and director of HR Now, a leading provider of interim and outsourced Human Resource services in Jersey & Guernsey.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her horses, dogs, friends, family and Brighter Futures. Not necessarily in that order!

Since 2009, HR Now has evolved. Becky's fervent belief is that smaller businesses can meet the highest standards in staff relations and compliance if they have access to the very best HR expertise at an affordable price. Over the years, HR Now has extended the solutions and services on offer which crosses over into the charitable sector.

Third sector organisations such as ours often operate to tight budget restrictions. Having Becky's contribution to us as a non-profit advisor is invaluable to us and shows an alignment between our organisations. This relationship gives a positive return for all involved with greater engagement and growth through shared value.

Becky as well as an HR advisor, who gives her time freely, is also a valued member of our Fundraising Committee.
