Brighter Futures is absolutely delighted to welcome Pierre Horsfall CBE as an Ambassador.

Pierre is the present Chairman of Jersey Opera House Ltd and was previously President of a number of States committees and the Chairman of Jersey Finance Ltd.

As a former Senator, Pierre’s role in Jersey’s post-war history also helped shape a modern-day Jersey.

As a political leader, Pierre appreciated traditions and heritage, yet was mindful that the Island had to make its own way in an increasingly globalised world.

Pierre enters Brighter Futures as an ‘influencer’ - just as dynamic today as throughout his political career.

In all that Brighter Futures does, we seek to describe our mission, aspirations, and contribution to society.

We communicate our outcomes, achievements, and the economics of our charitable organisation to policy makers, potential donors, investors, community/supporting partners, trusts and foundations and most importantly, reach families that may require our services.

Pierre’s involvement in our charitable organisation guides us towards further achieving this.

The role of an Ambassador is an important one, as it helps us reach new people and inspire new fundraising initiatives as we all work together to create brighter futures for families in Jersey.
