Brighter Futures seeks creche workers for zero-hours contracts - could you be part of our team?

Brighter Futures are seeking a a Level 2 or equivalent qualified creche worker on a zero-hours contract basis.

We offer a very competitive salary starting from £12.88 - £15.09 per hour depending on experience.

You need to be enthusiastic, committed, qualified and experienced to provide high quality childcare for children attending the creche.

We welcome interested candidates to visit us at The Bridge to see what services and support we offer to families in Jersey.

VOLUNTEERING.

The value of being a volunteer at Brighter Futures is one of the most significant ways of connecting people and communities to our cause to bring about long-term support.

Our volunteers add a unique level of expertise and experience as we seek to inspire others to give not only of their time, but also their skill sets, from fundraising, admin, marketing and or communications.

Our volunteers engage with us for a variety of reasons but often it is in recognition of many of the social issues that our families face. Our volunteers provide a benefit to our community, but we trust that our volunteers feel valued and rewarded too so that it is a mutually beneficial relationship.

As our volunteers are an integral part of the Brighter Futures team, our volunteers receive training and support so that we all share and understand the Charity’s identity and values.

The team at Brighter Futures concludes that volunteering, at its best, offers volunteers the chance to go on a journey of personal growth and develop career-building skills. As for corporates, volunteering initiatives can benefit their staff and supporting partners alike, and can position companies favourably within our social fabric.

But, most importantly, volunteer action is a powerful catalyst for change.
